Buy a plot as an investment, with the only obligation to build a 'The Haven Way of Life' villa on it within 5 years.
Buy a plot + a custom designed The Haven Way of Life villa with an expected building period of 1 year.
Currently we have a luxury villa on the most left one of the 4 plots available at the introduction price of 699.000 usd all included and turn-key ready to move in, but this introduction price is only available for a short period of time.

Once completed, the villa can be used as first residency, second residency, holiday home or ( even fully managed ) rental property, of a combination thereof.

For those seeking a shorter investment horizon or a lower investment threshold, we offer plot investments starting at $50 per square meter. With plot sizes 760-795 m², the minimum investment is 38311 US$ .
